Rescuing Leftover Cuisine

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is dedicated to helping the hungry by rescuing and donating leftover food to homeless shelters. With an aim to eliminate food waste in their communities, make food rescue sustainable and universal, and ensure that only hunger is left behind. RLC partners with licensed food vendors and companies that have catered lunches and events to rescue their leftover food and deliver it to a local human service agency that feeds hungry and food insecure individuals.
