Stralsunder Innovation Consult GmbH is the municipal employment company of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. They structure long-term unemployed in working life through temporary employment relationships and combine this with individual advice, professional qualifications and opening up new professional perspectives. Their activities are integrated into labour market policy measures that are funded by the municipality, the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the federal government and the European Social Fund of the EU.They operate the Second Hand Kaufhaus which is a secondhand department store.
