On 15 and 16 October, RREUSE and its Dutch member Branchevereniging Kringloop Nederland (BKN), brought together over 200 participants and 40 speakers in The Hague, Netherlands, to discuss how social enterprises can lead the transition to an inclusive and circular economy. With social enterprises from across Europe and representatives of the European Commission, the Dutch government, NGOs, thinktanks and other actors, our international conference marked 30 years of BKN and provided a powerful platform to explore pathways toward a thriving social and circular economy in 2050.

We are pleased to release our conference report, summarising the key insights and takeaways shared by speakers and participants and highlighting how social enterprises create meaningful change while driving the change to a fairer circular future. It serves as a valuable resource for anyone interested in understanding the essential role of social enterprises in shaping a better tomorrow.
