How can EU policy support inclusive training in circular skills?

Social Enterprises have been leading providers of green, circular, and inclusive skills, achieving great benefits for the environment while also supporting the most vulnerable members of the community. This event will be an opportunity to explore the ways in which inclusive skills can add value to the circular economy, and the role of social enterprises in offering training opportunities.

Moderated by RREUSE, the  webinar will feature expert speakers from various backgrounds, including from the EU institutions, a social enterprise fostering a circular economy, and a civil society organisation working on skills and adult learning initiatives. Together, they will share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on how policy interventions can foster inclusive training in circular skills and contribute to building more sustainable and socially fair communities.

List of speakers:

– MEP Sara Matthieu (Greens/EFA) – European Parliament

– Davide Muraro – Policy and Project Coordinator at the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA)

– Representative from Roscommon Women’s Network – WCI Roscommon (Womens Collective Ireland)

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from experts in the field, gain new insights, and ask your burning questions in a Q&A session that follows the discussion. Join us for a thought-provoking and informative event that will shed light on the critical role of EU policy in supporting inclusive training in circular skills.
